Shredded chicken
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- water
Directions
Place chicken in dutch oven or large pot and salt.
Add enough water to fully cover the chicken breasts.
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for ~10 minutes.
Off heat and let sit for ~5 minutes.
Remove chicken from pot and shred.
